MY:VIEW Look of The Week - The Emmys

Its amazing how you can see the influences of fashion week in the fashion choices at the Emmys.  There was a lot of blue, with was obviously a colour which has stood out at the 3 weeks so far, and these 2 outfits which I have chosen as my style wins, also look like dresses from my favourite shows.

I love this Lanvin dress which Claire Danes wore, and its looks like the bold, strong colours which Gucci showed in Milan last week.  I can’t wear mustard as it washed me out, but this looks perfect on her skin tone, and perfectly sits over her baby bump.  This is the kind of dress I’d be happy wearing to a ball.

 

Antoni Berardi was one of my favourite shows from LFW (see here) and this dress worn by Nicole Kidman has the geometric patterns I loved so much, and again is blue…perfect.
