Met Gala 2012 - My fashion misses

Everyone has an opinion on fashion, its such a personal thing.  But its also an expression of who you are, how you're feeling, or how you want the world to see you.  Sometime, I wonder if people have mirrors in their homes when I see some disasters!
The Met Gala is often the place where disasters happen regularly, as stars try to push the fashion boundaries............ and fail miserably!!
My 2 biggest failes this year are Kirsten Dunst in Rodarte (her go to label) and Kristen Stewart in Balenciaga.  Normally I love their red carpet styles, I love Kirsten's vintage/hippy vibe and Kristen's "Don't give a sh*t" attitude, but this year I think they got it wrong.  Kirsten looked like she'd borrowed her mothers suit, and Kristen looked like she'd got ready in the car and not managed to brush her hair or do her make up!  Both outfits had potential, I just think they were put together badly.  I was also sooooooooooo disappointed in Diane Kruger, my ultimate style crush.  I love how she's fearless and pulls off such edgy looks, get she looked totally swamped in this purple Prada gown.

Can't wait to see what they wear next year, and even though I think they failed, they'll still be the 1st people I look for on a red carpet.
